Silk Fashion can take care of your clothing production or ready-to-wear production through its network of clothing production partners in Eastern Europe. She has specialists in her network for various clothing types. Silk Fashion can step in from different phases and carry out further management of clothing production.
The different phase where Silk Fashion can enter can be agreed. From the design phase, Silk Fashion can think along and carry out work. That means that designs and style-specs can be processed in digital patterns. In her own studio in Geldermalsen she can also make the first samples, the first samples, fitting samples, size samples, prototype and the PPS (pre-production sample). Because these samples are made in the Netherlands, there are short lines and changes can be made relatively quickly.
If all patterns are correctly digitally worked out and there is a PPS, then Silk Fashion will inform and instruct the producer, and it will also ensure that all fabrics and trims are collected at the production location. After everything is present at the production location, a production sample will be made for approval. After this is confirmed the production will be planned and started. Naturally, the items are packaged and labeled with your own branding, according to your instructions. Specific wishes can also be discussed.
Silk Fashion maintains close contact with producers to guide the clothing productions. To ensure that the clothing production guidance, the production managing, runs smoothly, regular visits to the clothing production location are part of the routine.
Silk Fashion works directly with producers and has no intermediaries or agents and knows all producers personally. Due to the regular visit to the production locations, we not only monitor the productions but also the circumstances. All our partners work in the European Union and therefore under European law. Good working conditions and no child labor are a matter of course for our partners.
